Exploring Chakras at the AMTA-IL Chapter Annual Conference

I was so thrilled to have my chakra workshop included in the class list for the American Massage Therapy Association-IL Chapter Annual Conference. In and amongst the experts on pain management, massage for aging populations and for disabled veterans, I was there talking about bioenergetic fields and how they can be used to help folks let go of trauma and limiting beliefs.
