Local High School Incorporates Chakra Workshop

I was so honored to be invited to the Latin School's non-traditional learning week. A holistically inclined teacher coordinated a series of alternative healing activities she called "Eat, Pray, Love." In addition to yoga, meditation, nutritional instruction and sound healing, students participated in my experiential chakra workshop.

At first they weren't sure what to think, but by the time we moved the chairs away and got down on the floor to feel each other's energy fields, everyone was caught up in the new experience. One of the students even had her parents drop her off at my office for a full Reiki session the following week so she could continue learning.
